    Imagine, a few short years ago, if the govn't required its citizens to cary with them, at all times, a devise that could: track and locate you to within a few feet; backtrack your every movement; be accessed without you ever knowing; could allow messages to be read, and conversations heard; be turned on and used as a listening device even if you thought it was turned off; and more...

    Would ya have stood in line for one? Would you have believed that many would riot if said device was threatened to be taken away?

    As the man said: "We don't need to watch you, we have you watching... us."
